nice keyboard but why flat keycaps ?

2) the keycaps are flat and it is hard to get used to, since the gap between the keys is small, making it hard to feel each key
3) overall the software is ok, you can make any key to behave as you want and you can record macros which is great for any app
4) the colors settings are per area and NOT per key
