3 of 3 found this helpful I bought this camera because it is hard for me to manually focus. The autofocus nicely solves this issue. The camera comes with a 300+ page manual which looks intimidating but at here are more functions than the average guy will ever use. You cab shoot in auto or set for aperture or shutter priority and there is flash flexibility.. If you concentrate on what you are going to be mainly shooting, familiarize yourself with those settings, then just go out and take a few practice shots in various scenarios and you will be fine It works great for me in auto and I can grab more shots that way. The worst picture is the one you didn't get.
