Happy wife, happy life!
While advertised as "quartz" there is nothing on the product description that speaks to quartz. However, it states the 100,000 flashes before needing a new bulb.
Wife is pleased, thats all thats important...

Definately NEED THESE.
These little guys are a must to protect your range and countertop. Added extra set under the range grills to stop them from rattling down the road.

Pooped on Pilates Workout-Sweatin' it out!
Super chair, use it for Yoga workout too.
Videos help you get started although they are hard to watch as positions change often. Keep your remote control close so you can pause the dvd.
Just need more time to get used to the routines.
