  I have revised my feedback from neutral to positive because although I was originally disappointed to receive a comic not in the condition as described. The seller was more than willing, without me even asking for it, to make that up to me by refunding to me fully for both the comics I bought from him (one of which was in excellent condition) including the postage. I have also then added 5 stars for seller communication which I didn t add before because I had not communicated with them before.

  All of the above complaints were addressed in the listing condition notes. The comic was not listed as "adequate" (i.e. 'acceptable). The seller notes asked buyers to ignore eBay's grading system and use the grade given in the listing title. It also asked buyers to allow potential deviation from the advertised grade and for the buyer to examine the photos in full. The advertised grade of the comic is as described - a VG+ does allow for that small tear.

  Item description was quite unspecific. The images showed the outside of the item well enough, but the description mentions having "no markings on the inside", despite there being a slight pen mark on one of fhe pages. Other than this, the experience was good and I think the value for money was still good enough. The condition of the item, aside from what was mentioned above, was nice and it arrived well packaged to reduce potential shipping damage.

  In our defence, the seller condition notes in the listing asked buyers to ignore eBay's own grading system and their condition descriptions you've referenced. Their grades are fit for books and not comics. The actual grade can be found in our listing titles. We might have been a little bit wrong on this one with NM-. It doesn't happen often, but if we ever make any daft mistakes, just message us directly and we'll have you covered. Thanks for buying.
