Cleans out sinuses very well

Prepare yourself for a "HOT" blast.....but fear not because it only last for a few seconds. Works very well on cleaning out sinuses, however if you have a sensitive stomach I strongly suggest that you do not swallow as the spray enters your throat. Blow your nose in few minutes and keep spitting. I ended up with a pretty bad stomach ache, and I did not even swallow it.
