AEM and K&N are the same company?

I ordered an AEM dry filter and I received a filter with K&N on it. It looks and fits fine. I tried to return it and get the dry AEM filter but I was told that AEM & K&N were the same company and that the filter I received was the dry filter I ordered even though it said K&N on the end of it.? I have been using it for a few weeks and it is working fine. Good price and nice quality.

Good not perfect

First I have to say for the price it is our best product in a rattle can. With that said the best price I could find was $6.50 for a small 8 oz. can. It sprays on well and looks nice but for me was not a perfect match. Over all it is a good product.
