Factory OEM part, fixes problem of agitator not spinning properly.
Factory OEM product, and the exact part I needed to get my Kenmore (Whirlpool) washing machine agitating properly again. It's very easy to install with some basic tools, and there are a few videos on YouTube that show how to change the part out. Less than five minutes to replace the part, and it fixed the issue for me where the agitator only would barely move during the wash cycle, rather than spinning a quarter turn every second or so.

Sleek, Modern Looking Light Fixture With Very Low Profile - I Love It!
It was tough finding a fan with a light fixture that we loved. We'd frequently find a fan we liked, but didn't like the light fixture, or vice-versa. We decided to buy a (non-MinkaAire) fan we really liked at a big box store that did not come with a light fixture, and then a stand-alone light kit -- this item, the MinkaAire K925-1.
Our fan is mounted in a bedroom and is a "flush mount" type setup, as the ceiling in the room is not overly tall. We needed a light fixture that wasn't huge, and the thinner it was the better as to not hang down too low. This light fixture was perfect for that, and on top of it meeting our needed specifications, it looks really, really slick! It has a very modern appearance, and really was a great addition for our fan.
Three incandescent candelabra-style bulbs were included, although we quickly switched those over to LED versions for power saving and also so we won't have to worry about changing the bulbs any time soon.
The threads on the mount for this light fixture got stripped when I screwed it through the opening for the light kit on our fan, which meant that the nut that was supposed to secure the fixture to the fan base didn't really do anything. However, since it required screwing the threaded rod into the fan base to get it in there, it's still mounted securely and isn't in danger of falling off.
Wiring the light in was not difficult as my fan was designed to have an after-market light kit installed.
Overall we love this light, and would highly recommend it and would certainly buy one again if we needed one.

Professional high-quality safety triangles with weighted base
These are the real deal -- the same safety triangles used in commercial vehicles. They are properly weighted and will not fall over when deployed correctly (remember to rotate the triangle 90 degrees from the base when using it to form an "X" on the ground with the base, and position them far enough away from your vehicle, forming a taper to guide other motorists away from your vehicle with enough advance warning to merge over). Solid construction and high quality.
