The kind of model that can be built by a modeler of any skill level.
This model is of a rare WWII Italian fighter plane. It was not expensive for a 1/48 model aircraft. There are not a lot of parts. There is a lot of flash on the parts, and the canopy is vacuum-formed and NOT clear molded plastic. Since there are not many parts, cleaning up the flash is not that big a deal. The worst part is the vacuum-formed canopy, but I think I can manage it. Other than that, it is up to me to add the detail, paint, battle damage and weathering which is the most fun part of all.
