Printer just barely okay
Came with a serial cable when I said I needed a parallel cable. I can't get the color to work. I bought two more color cartridges. The cartridge it came with, nor any of the two, worked. IT person said it has a damaged color print head. B/W printing is not great. I have to run several copies of the same thing to get a "fair" quality B/W print job.
