Made in the USA...
A US "Designed, Machined, and Assembled" product. An earlier review gave only 2 stars complaining that it should "at least be made in the US". It is. Made in the US, in Oregon. This is a "Gold Ring" Leupold scope. All Leupold's with a gold ring are US made. The only foreign part is the glass. It is designed and vetted in Oregon, specked out and sourced overseas due to there being NO US manufacturer of high end optical glass currently available. ANY scope you look at that is over roughly $150 contains foreign produced glass, bar none. Scopes under $150 are worth what you pay... very little.
This scope is outstanding quality in all aspects for the price point. Definitely top of the line for a rimfire scope!

Top Quality Replacement
Appearance is very close to the original design. The only discernible difference is the flat (rather than domed) nob shaft. Great item, looks top notch on any 5000 or 6000 model.

Top shelf, would buy again
