  Did not ship for 16 days, and only after I sent message asking why it hadn't been dropped off with UPS yet (got label print notice several days before). Did not respond to message but I received shipping notification soon after. Poor packaging, just item in a plastic envelope with no protection, box was crushed and creased, item clearly is not the same one in the listing photo and was described as new, it looks like it went through a rock tumbler before it was sent. Not worth returning. Avoid.
