I've used one for about 30 years. I think that sums it up.
I haven't used this one yet, but I had one for about 30 years and it now needed replaced. Works good, easy to use.

It's new and is working fine.
I had one of these before, and after about a year and a half, It started to not work and eventually died. So far it's working well, but we'll see over time.
