Did it work prior to shipping or was it damaged in transit? Device was clearly not treated well, it has scratches and gross stains and discoloration on various parts. In the listing I indicated that it works fine. You can see from the pictures that it it was not discolored/scratches, or stained. The extra round metal piece was an extra item I included that showed wear/discoloration - which has no effect on the router or camera. Your feedback is not accurate

Keep Bird Feeder Fresh

Okay, but not user friendly
1 of 1 found this helpful The bag is roomy and what I was looking for, my reason for rating it just okay is that I thought it would come with easy remove clips - so I could remove from the bike with easily and return it to the handle. Realistically, the straps are difficult to put on the bike and hard to remove, it is not a snap and release system.
