    I take responsibility for not studying the photos better. However, chips in the gold plating I thought were reflections are actually missing plating. I would have described the condition "Fair." Cannot blame the seller as listing told to check the photos. I am keeping them as a reminder to ask questions and clarify.

    Shipping was delayed 3 times before I finally received the item, contacted seller and got no response from them. The item is too small for an average mans wrist so the description was also wrong and it does mot fit. I would return it but honestly I am so disappointed with the whole deal I will just throw it in the trash and be done with it.

    I was not responsible for the shipping delay. The item size was accurately described as 7.5 inches. I absolutely did respond to the buyer's complaint. When a buyer is dissatisfied with an item of mine, I always give a full refund, which I have done in this case.
