The mixing blade coating is coming off and haven't been able to locate a steel one to replace it. This is a known issue, but thought I'd be able to find a uncoated replacement - which is NOT a known issue. When mixing, dry ingredients fly everywhere so I have to cover the bowl to ensure my countertop and the floor remain clean (even on the lowest mix setting). The mixer grinds when trying to mix 6 cups of flour - I end up mixing by hand. Definitely not impressed with KA....will purchase a Bosch or other brand.
