  Received the mixer, could not turn on the power. This is the feedback from the seller about the item after report the item is defected, not function as described in the sale description. ---- I’m very sorry to hear that my guy, unfortunately I never took out of the box and plus from my understanding when I got it from someone else I had purchased it it was brand new from what they told me.

  I offered you a partial refund and even though you sent me photos of the item, i still can't return because on my profile it says that all sales are final. Also I told you I told you I wasn't gonna pay for you to get it repair at guitar center because I am not going to do that. Also that wasn't my feedback that was what i said after you told me that it wasn't turning on after that i offered a partial refund Once again I'm sorry for the inconvenience but that is was my final offer
