Terrible.... not new.
1 of 2 found this helpful I wrote a bad revue but it wouldn’t go thru. I did not order a refurbished toaster and if you don’t mind waiting you will eventually get toast. My husband and I are unable to return it and definitely will never buy Zkitchenaid again .
