  Shipping thru Fed-Ex pretty terrible. Seller shipped out fast, but Fed-ex took some 3+ weeks to deliver. Even after it arrived in my state it was two + weeks to receive. Item itself was rec'd as described, thanks. Would buy from again.

My main issues are that the skis were advertised as the 2021 model (with the 2021 picture) and they were the 2020 model (different from the advertised picture). The item was advertised as New, and they have been used, so I would say it is Open Box. In any case, I got a good deal, so overall a Neutral experience.
