Kundadlini and the Chakras

This is a pretty interesting book. The author does a good job of providing the reader with background knowledge of the chakras and Kundalini. The author also describes many useful exercises and visualizations to practice. However, especially for a beginner, this book does go into quite a bit of detail and is best in small doses.

Great cd-cool fusion of ancient and new, east and west

This cd is full of tracks with moody vocals and drums from the East (mostly Indian) mixed with modern beats. I think this cd is great for just listening to or dancing, but some of the tracks may be good to mix into a high energy Yoga class. Highly recommend.
