Beautiful but not heart healthy

This is a beautiful cookbook, with lots of pictures from the set of Yellowstone. The recipes look great, too, if you are into beef and cajun cooking. I am trying to follow a heart-healthy diet, however, and there is very little in this cookbook that fits that bill. Even the cornbread recipe is loaded with extra oil!
