  Unfortunately this dress which was listed as new arrived very very creased and crumpled. On contacting the seller their response was "eBay goods never arrive pressed and ready to wear". Very disappointed.

  This is completely ridiculous feedback. The buyer hammered me on price then advised I should have used a larger post bag. I pointed out they didn't want to even pay the price I advertised for the item plus the seller can't be responsible for creasing in transit. Items by post aren't shipped ready to wear and most people would wash a purchased item before wear so this is very unfair to give someone a negative rating.
