Was messaged again (after a week) the item was found and they relisted (for $5) for me. Arrived in excellent condition and satisfactory packaging - however was overcharged shipping by 30%. Asked for a partial refund to cover that, however have had no communication since. Apart from this and relisting for a higher price that originally paid - Happy overall with item!
