Solved power problem for less than 10 days after installation.

The unit returned my ICOM 2100 to 50 watts transmitted power for only about ten days. I transmitted only a minute at a time, about ten times before my transmitter fails to put out more than 5 watts. I am very disappointed with the performance. However, the install was relatively easy. And I would be willing to try once more, with a new-out-of-the-box module.

Nice collection of Earth's tomorrows a a modern classic

This book is a very nice collection of sci fi by a variety of authors... it may be misleading titled "Why I Left Harry's All Night Hambergers"... That terrific short story is the last story in the collection, but by no means the only one. I like the cover illustration of the initial scene in that classic story, but in fact, there are 17 other stories to thrill and impress the reader. The hardbound book is very convenient size with a pleasant typeface. As I finish reading more of the stories, I'll comment further. PS: Don't miss the loving introduction by one of the editors, and a foreward by Isaac Asimov as well!
