Great DVD!
I live in the Pacific Northwest where it rains a lot. I needed an indoor type of exercise without need to buy something like a treadmill that requires a lot of space.
I enjoy this video a lot. I haven't been exercising as I should so I started on the one mile and it went so fast and is so easy. It's a good solid exercise (without killing oneself on spinner bikes or the like), especially on the 2 mile. I could tell that I was using some muscles that were sadly out of use. Leslie Sansone provides straightforward instructions as well. An added benefit to Sanson's dvd is the use of the exercise bands for the upper body, which is also really good. Whenever I do dance videos, I'm slow to pick up the steps but this is easy.
This is my first video and I'm sure I'll buy more.
