  Item description says it’s fully functional and operable YET Will not stay charged and is stuck at 1% and loses power. Non refundable so I’m going to probably cancel the payment plan I have to this seller through PayPal

  Switch was like new! Most likely a charging cable issue on your end. Never had one issue charging that unit. Please verify your charging cable and let me know.
