Steady, but slightly noisy suppy.
Gives a nice steady and "punchy" output which is also smooth with no electrical noise reaching any of my Amateur radio equipment.
I did read other reviews before purchasing my own, and some of them said "It has a rather noisy fan" to keep the product cool whilst it's in use, and I have to agree, it is rather noisy for such a small fan.
As a result, I've had to position the power supply underneath my radio workbench.
This is only an issue because I use microphones to talk to various people around the world, and I didn't want the fan noise "going out" with any of my audio transmissions.
