Far from an apology for the delay, received a rude response from seller blaming E bay instead and highlighting FREE POSTAGE as if they are doing a favour selling me this product. Item description conveniently missing information about the weight of dog that this lead supports. The packaging clearly mentions it supports dog weight upto 10kg~ information that is missing as of now on this Ad. Going as far requesting to cancel this item and refunding you - where yo declined. At no point did you making inquiries to the weight that supports a larger dog. We did not leave it out "conveniently" the item clearly shows its supports smaller breeds. If you are unhappy we suggest sending it back for a full refund once its received.

SENT THEM A PIC OF THE ADDRESS A BIG RED BUSSINESS WITH A RECEPTIONIST THERE ALL DAY. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. I suggest if you leave feedback ensure its the truth. And we will ensure the item that has been shipped and refunded return to our warehouse. We also did not make any mention of a replacement being sent, however mentioned we will work with the carrier to find it.
