Accurately portrays the beautiful Lamborghini Miura in small scale
As one of the most beautiful cars ever made, the Lamborghini Miura has been reproduced in approximately 1/64 scale by many diecast car manufacturers. Some of those companies accomplish this with superior results, while others come-up a bit short. Happily, this one belongs in the superior class.
While slightly smaller than a standard Hot Wheels or Matchbox car, the size still compares favorably with those brands. The details are superb, even better than the adult collectible Hot Wheels "Jay Leno" issue. Any Miura fan should be very happy to include this model in their diecast collection.

One of only 2 versions in 1/64 scale diecast of the 1937 Ford slant-back design I've found. Very nice accurate miniature.

Evolution of the Bicycle
This book has some historical information regarding many early bicycle pioneers which I have not read of in other books about the history of the bicycle. That is the most interesting part of this book to me. There are photos, descriptions and drawings of some very early bicycles which the bicycle history buff will find interesting and enjoyable. Most of the book concerns the "balloon-tire" style of the 1930's-50's with many color photos of those bikes. Therefore it should appeal most to collectors of the balloon-tire "tank" bikes. Now to find Volume-2.
