Terrible costumer service
I ordered the speedometer because my existing one is dead. Paid $50 for the mechanic to take off the dead one, he installed the " new" one I bought, and it doesn't work. I contacted the costumer service about the issue, and they told me that they can' send a meter unless I send the defected one to them. Well, there is a problem, I use the car in my daily commute, how can I take the meter away and send it to them? That means they want me to use the car " Without" the meter in it, and wait until they send me another one. Another issue, the mechanic is charging $50 every time he opens the meter, that means I will be paying total $150 just for the labor.
Anyway, I went to the local junkyard and picked up a used meter , paid another $50 for the mechanic to replace it. The mechanic threw the defected one away without letting me know. I contacted the costumer service again and asked them for a partial refund, since I don't have the defective one to send back to them anymore, they refused. So as a total, they cost me $100 just for the labor and another $50 for the part. They shouldn't have send me a defective part to begin with, or they should partially refund me for the troubles they caused.
