High quality antenna mounts for ham radio enthusiasts
I've purchased three of these over a couple years to mount my ham radio antennas on the ground. We have CC&Rs here that prevent me from having a tower, and I didn't want to dig holes and fill them with cement for other antenna base types. The Rohn non-penetrating roof mounts assemble in 30 minutes without any quality control issues and the hardware quality is high. I'm using four cement blocks to anchor them, which is sufficient for my antenna wind loads.

Identical to the Agilent part, if it's not actually HP/Agilent.
Appear to be identical to the original Agilent jumpers. I thought the price was a little high, but if you want to maintain your instrument as an original Agilent product, then it's worth the additional cost. Guess I'm a little OCD in that regard.
