  Seller did send me emails after the order to tell me one of the bottles was not full which I did not see, nor would I be expecting such a random email if the item was in fact new as listed. Throwing in the file for free from her drawer is not a courtesy, it was included in the original new box with 4 bottles of polish.I received three bottles and a broken file, This was not new with box.I understand her frustration for the below optimal rating but if listed properly this would not be an issue.

  This would not have been an issue if you actually read the ad of the item you were purchasing instead of turning it around on an honest seller. Way to take responsibility for yourself! Item left here exactly as described and I have the photos to prove it.
