Problems.
I had problems with these, would not recommend them. I used these in a 6 GPU system and 3 out of 6 cards stopped responding with these riesers randomly which indicates bad component quality. Full system reboot was required to fix it.
Replaced all with riesers that had good reviews from Asia (blue circuit board color) and since then my system has been stable for 3 weeks now. So, please be aware of bad quality.

Seamless multi-monitor performance and high-speed connectivity
The Plugable USB-C Dual Monitor Docking Station (4K HDMI, 100W) has been an excellent addition to my setup. I am using two of these docking stations with a Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge (ARM-based laptop) running Windows 11 Pro, and they perform flawlessly. My configuration includes connecting three external monitors, 2 x 4k + 1 x 1440p (with the laptop screen totaling four displays, which is the GPU limit), and everything works seamlessly. Key highlights of my experience include:
*Dual USB4 at 40 Gbps: Both devices link using USB4 at full speed, ensuring smooth performance across all connected peripherals.
*Monitor Support: The docking stations handle multiple monitors effortlessly, with no issues even when streaming 4K video on YouTube in full screen.
*Realtek 2.5 Gbps Ethernet: The built-in Realtek 2.5 Gbps Ethernet adapters are detected and work perfectly, providing reliable high-speed network connectivity.
*Compatibility: Despite some reported limitations with ARM-based laptops (as noted by Plugable support for certain Surface models), I have not encountered any such issues. Everything functions as expected.
*Support: Plugable’s customer support has been exceptional. They were responsive and provided clear explanations about potential hardware limitations, though these did not affect my setup.
In summary, this docking station has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and reliability. It is a robust solution for anyone looking to expand their workstation with multiple monitors and high-speed networking. Highly recommended!
