7 of 25 found this helpful Not a good product. I googled and you-tubed the description before purchase and the graphics are very different. It does not have a virtual scroll on the screen, the sound is not all that great, it is very slow, and it seems smaller that my childs previous 10.1 Samsung tablet which is an older version, so my guess is that it is a 10 inch....maybe. Also as you can see the tablet clearly looks colored but physically it is not.....maybe it was refurbished but was not mentioned in the description. It is a WI-fi product which sucks, because my child can only use it home and anyplace supporting WI-FI and can't use it while traveling in our car (but I knew by the description that it supports WI-FI, but didn't know it was ONLY WI-FI)..
