A Really good romp. Quentin at his best
This was recommended by a friend as in “WHAT!! You haven’t seen Dusk till Dawn!!!” You never know with comments like that. It wasn’t anywhere to be found so I bought it.
It was as good as she said. Enjoyed seeing Harvey Keitel in such an unconventional role as a preacher. Also Quentin Tarantino actually IN the story rather than producing.
I guess it was pretty violent, certainly a lot of action. Early days of the Vampire/undead genre I think. Probably inspired a lot of other stuff.

Great for roasts
I had an Aldi bench top rotisserie and used it to death. Cannot make decent roast pork and crackling without one. This one is even better, easier to clean, and roasts can be much better secured.
The only complaint I have is there is minimal information on timing. Anywhere. How long to cook a roast pork. I cooked for 70 minutes and it was still raw in the middle. I really hate having to use trial and error for stuff like that.
