  Seller intentionally shipped the wrong item and then after promising to send the correct issue after I paid for the return, the seller still did not send the correct item. All around bad salesperson. STAY AWAY!

  This comment has no basis in reality. This person purchase a magazine, it was shipped and received by the buyer. The buyer found out that he had purchased an item that he really didn't want. the buyer requested and was issued a full refund. The buyer could have purchased a different item but chose not to. A seller is supposed to ship items paid for, but this person apparently wanted a different item (not described). A seller knows what a buyer wants when an item is purchased and paid for.
