You Need An Extra Pair of Hands!
1 of 1 found this helpful I see a lot of people saying the pole is unsturdy but you get what you pay for. You need someone to hold the pole straight while you adjust it or it will become unstable and slanted very quickly. If you are petite this is the right pole for you. I’m 5’9 200lbs so after hours of practicing, I typically tighten the pole and it’s fine. You can’t expect much from a cheap pole, for the price I don’t mind occasionally making adjustments.
