very very good
it is a great way to do excercise in your house, at any time and it has a 6 week plan, i loved it! if you do this with a good low calorie diet and plenty of water, it does work...all you need is discipline and you're good to go

has a lot more stuff that the first version
it has a lot more stuff than the first issue, its the best, a lot of new stuff and more things to do, really great
