I bought this product around the middle of May and it is now June 1. The good stuff: The bag looks great and is quite light. The trunk itself has an extra zipper feature (like some luggage) that allows you to expand it up even more. It has a sturdy handle and comes with a shoulder strap. The bad stuff: Is a bit floppy and unfortunately, one of the plastic D-rings broke as I was putting the bag on my bike for the first time. I replaced it with a metal ring and all seemed well. The pannier bags do not have a way to secure them to the bike and they are only secured to the 'zipper case' by stitching across the very top. Last week, the stitching gave way on one side and the pannier is now hanging on by an inch of stitching at the very end (where it has to be reinforced anyway). I am a bike commuter in Boston, which has it's share of bumps in the path but in my opinion, for being 2 weeks old...the bag did not hold up.
