Great Pot With A Caution

I used it to bake bread and it works just great. Just be mindful that it cannot be preheated empty for 10 plus minutes. If you do, the pot will smoke. I grease with some butter and just heat empty for 4 minutes and then add the dough and no smoke problems are had.
