Great value!
Worked fine from the start. Printer recognized that a new drum had been installed and I did not have to go through the process that is sometimes necessary to do a reset. Great value!

Reliable and Easy to Install but Beware Automatic Renewal
Norton internet security/antivirus has always been reliable, and it remains so. However, beware of the automatic renewal that is the default setting when you install it. The renewal price is way higher compared to other retailers. You can easily opt out of this "feature" by signing in to your Norton account. Also, it is continuously displaying popups reminding the user to link it to your web browsers. This is extremely annoying.
