A must have book for cooks who love Asian cooking!
I owe quite a few books of Asian cooking among other cook books of different countries.
Among all of them, this book brings a new prospective of how a cooking book should be.
The recipeies are clear, taken from real life and very well illustrated.
I really wish that this book should be a standard for writers of cookbooks.
If the cook books writers will follow in the footsteps of this wonderful book, I am sure the sales of cookbooks will see a tremendous increase in sale.
