Don't buy mid-range or higher drones from here
4 of 5 found this helpful Their ad claims to carry a warranty, but they definitely do not. Mine had malfunction that caused it to fly away and was unrecoverable. Keep in mind that these types of things happen often in the drone world, however, parrot and all mid-high end range drones can pull your flight log in determining the cause. If it was malfunction, you receive a replacement.
Mine was a malfunction and not a pilot error. This is important because if you purchased from the manufacturer, (or maybe just not these guys) you will get a replacement drone.
