Mixed bag
The item appears new as advertised. However, it has only one strap which means that the top half cannot be secured to chairs nor automobile seats. If you get up, it consistently falls over and moves after sitting.
When sitting on it, the element that messages is uncomfortable. The massage is very rough and loud but the heating option works well. On the good side, it is comfortable when not on message but you must take time to sit "just right" to avoid the message element.
