I was a little disappointed that the mil...

I was a little disappointed that the milk steamer does not work. I tried everything to troubleshoot it however it doesn't steam milk correctly and comes out very inconsistent. I feel like the tampering system is faulty because it doesn't keep the portafilter in place and does not tamp correctly.
