Old Cooler, New Latch

Exactly what I was looking for to replace my old latches. I hope these will be the last ones I will have to replace since they are better than the original plastic versions.

No choice but to replace....

Although the Hoover steamvac is an awesome tool, the 6 brush roller is somewhat cheap quality. I have had to replace many of these due to the little green drive shaft breaking. I believe it could be made better or with different, more sturdy materials. This is not supposed to be a frangible part. Bottom line, if you want to keep your machine working properly, eventually you will need to replace this part if you are using it to clean carpets.
