Box damaged
3 of 4 found this helpful The purchase was sent in an express post bag and not padded sufficiently to protect the packaging. The base of the box has a concertina crease on the corner which is a little disappointing as it is meant for a gift. Perhaps try packing in bubble wrap before placing in an express post bag or send with protection in a box
