    Overall, a good transaction and a quality item. I was expecting/wanting the fob without the chrome, but now that I look a bit more closely I see that is what I ordered (the chrome does not stand out in the picture very well). Item was shipped quickly, but USPS lost the package so it was late. I did not want to take more time to exchange. I did not realize that it was not as easily programable as earlier models. If you have a 2015 or newer you have to order the programmer as well.

    Shipping was fast. The item was new and appears to be made of good materials considering the price. It was exactly as pictured and described. Well packaged and ready to be cut and programed by an automotive locksmith. Smooth transaction. Looks much better than my original fob.

    We contacted the seller and had several conversations with them. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING REPLACEMENT KEYS. These were not the right keys, bought 2. The advertising stated they were for 2013-2015 RAV4 but the packaging they came in said 2014-2015. When I questioned the seller they claimed they were for 2013 and to ignore the packagaing. Not true. Locksmight came today (May 21, 2025), cut the keys and programmed them. THEY WOULD NOT WORK. At least we were only out approx. $25. Disappointed.

    there is two types japan models and usa models next time read the listing description we wrote it twice make sure the buyer read and match the FCC ID

    Listed on eBay as 2 x keys/fobs for 2022/2023 ChevyBoltEV. Slow in arriving and packaging has PN13529638-HYQ4EA 2017 2019 Chev Volt. I need/want keys for 2023 vehicle. Emailed back/forth, last thing he wrote was he expected correct parts in a week. I never got them and foolishly let the return window pass and now am stuck with two unusable things and out $30.00+. Phooey on this. Negative feedback being left, like others have left for this seller.
