  I left this feedback whilst being extremely upset because the Christmas present for my child was ruined. Since leaving the feedback I was in touch with the seller who was very professional about the whole thing and issued us a refund of the item without even wanting to get the item back. So I'm happy to take the feedback back, although I don't know how to get it removed from Ebay. You can bid with confidence because the seller is professional and does listen to the client. Thank you!
