  My parcel arrived very quickly but one item was damaged. I informed the seller and attached the photos too. The response was shocking. No apology nothing. Sellers response: “Seems the mail is not as gentle as we may hope!! use some contact adhesive and it will be as good as new ( or even 3000 yrs old!!)” Thank you so much for the advice!

  Somewhat disappointed with with this negative feedback which I feel is unjustified, I am of course sorry item had come apart, it was packaged carefully in bubble wrap and boxed securely, It was made over 40yrs ago and glue attaching base must have deteriorated overtime! My suggestion was to re glue the base. I see my attempt at humour regarding the implied Egyptian antiquity was misjudged and for this I apologise, Regards Pedro
