Kalms Night Herbal 50 New Stock Sleeping tablets

Great aid for helping get to sleep

These tablets don't totally knock you out, they just relax you enough to get off to sleep more easily. The recommended dose is 4 tablets about an hour before you try to go to sleep, but I find that 2 tablets is sufficient for me - any more, and I feel a bit groggy next morning, so it's worth varying the dose to see what suits you.
