Great Product -- NOT FOR JEEP WRANGLER

This is a solid product. Assembly is relatively easy....you'll need some socket wrenches to tighten the large bolts, but they snug up secure to my 2009 Jeep tow hitch Operation of the bike arms and tilt-away feature are fairly easy once you get the hang of it. My package included a cable lock, which will prevent casual theft, but not stop a determined bike thief...good quality lock and easily installed. Securing the bikes to the rack is easy (once again, after you get the hand of it). NOTE TO WRANGLER OWNERS: This product will NOT work with your Jeep Wrangler, even with a 12 inch extension. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THIS -- YOU WILL HAVE LIMITED ACCESS if using a 12 inch extension and ZERO access out of the box. Bikes feel secure when traveling, even over heavy terrain. For added protection against swaying consider bungee cords to hold the lower part of the bike securely to the rack pillar. Good product...just NOT FOR JEEP WRANGLER
